Yes. Your consultant finds jobs that match your goals, tailors each application to the role and applies for you. Every application appears in your Jobs list in the ApplyRight app with its status, so you always know where you have applied and where each application stands.

We apply for every suitable role as soon as we find it. How many applications we send depends on how many suitable roles come up, because we only apply where the role fits your experience, skills and the job search plan we agree with you. Quality comes first, but we look for every role that is right for you.

The direct approach to hiring managers is part of the Premium package. Your consultant contacts carefully selected hiring managers and decision-makers at your target companies on your behalf, so you are seen beyond advertised jobs.

Yes. During your package, you can book video sessions with your consultant in the app: progress reviews, CV and LinkedIn reviews and, on Pro and Premium, interview preparation. To keep meeting after your package ends, extend it from the app.

Your consultant looks at how employers respond every week and adjusts your targets, your CV and the way we apply. You see this in your weekly report, and you can book a call to talk it through.

Essential runs for 8 weeks, Pro for 12 weeks and Premium for 16 weeks. Every package also starts with a set-up week, when your consultant agrees your strategy and prepares your CV and LinkedIn for your target roles, so the full engagement is 9, 13 or 17 weeks.

No. Hiring decisions depend on employers, the market and how your interviews go. What we commit to is a structured, active job search run by an experienced consultant, and doing everything we can to get you more interviews and better chances of an offer.

Your service starts as soon as you pay, at your request, beginning with your onboarding call. If you cancel within 14 days of paying, we refund you, less the cost of the work already done. After 14 days, fees are non-refundable. The exception is our fit promise: if your onboarding call shows we're not the right fit and can't help you reach the right role, we refund you in full. We would rather save you your money and time than take a payment for a service we can't deliver well.

Yes. You can pause your package once, for up to 6 months. Paused time is added to your end date. If you have not restarted by the end of the 6 months, the rest of your package ends.

Yes. To keep going after your package ends, you can extend it by 4 or 8 weeks from the ApplyRight app.

We work hard on every package to get you interviews, but Premium goes further: if you have no interview by the end of your 16 weeks, we run your full Premium service again for another 16 weeks, free, with every feature included. This extension is given once per package. Terms apply.

No. You pay once, and there is nothing to renew. If you would like more time at the end, you can request an extension from the ApplyRight app.

Yes. Choose Gift a package, enter the details of the person you are buying for, and we take it from there with them. The gift is valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.

We only want your money if we're confident we can help. At your onboarding call, your career consultant reviews your experience against the roles you're aiming for. If we don't believe we can run a job search that gives you real opportunities, we'll tell you honestly and refund your package in full. This is our fit promise.

No. The ApplyRight app is included in every package.

Within one working day of your purchase, our team contacts you to book your onboarding call. After that call, we email your invitation. Follow the link to set up your account and sign in on iPhone, Android or the web. The app is only available to ApplyRight clients.

The app is available for iPhone on the App Store and for Android on Google Play. You can also use it in any web browser at portal.applyright.net.

Yes. The app works fully in English and Arabic, and you can switch language at any time from your account settings.

Yes. Only you and the ApplyRight team working on your job search can see your information, with no ads and no tracking. You can sign in with Apple or Google, turn on 2-step verification and delete your account from the app at any time.
